This highly engineered Fizzing tool was manufactured in Tampa, Florida and precision machined from 6061 aircraft aluminum with stainless steel components.  The custom engineered 18 gauge spread-bore needle is designed to be minimally invasive to the fish.  When inserted it creates a minute “C-flap” incision without removing or damaging scales.  Once the needle is removed the flap re-seats over the incision resulting in less chance of infection and quicker healing.
